Senator warns that the US and the dollar is losing its superpower status very fast now and won’t have the ability to sanction other countries anymore

The US Republican senator and former presidential candidate, Marco Rubio, warns that the US is losing its status as the only superpower in the world and that more and more countries are abandoning the US dollar to trade in their own currencies.
Rubio also warns that a new alternative economic world is on the rise, that is “totally independent” of America and the US dollar as a global default trade currency. Where countries like China together with its close allies like Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and other major countries, are building a “secondary economy in the world”, according to Rubio.
The Senator also mentioned Brazil’s new trading deal with China last week in their own currency, as a warning example, of how more and more countries try “to get around the dollar”, when making global trade deals, according to Rubio.
“We won’t have to talk about sanctions in five years, because there will be so many countries transacting in their own currencies other than the dollar, that we won’t have the ability to sanction them”, said Rubio when he went on Hannity on Fox News, and continued to on criticize the Biden administration:
“At the same time, we sit here and focus on some of these nuttiness that is going on”. We have people in this country who basically dedicate their lives to making sure it’s legal to mutilate children, to do drag shows in schools. They dedicate their lives to this while we have another superpower that basically wants to become the world’s dominant power at our expense,” said Rubio, who also added that:
“Someone said yesterday that our criminal justice system is no better than what China is doing in its genocide against Uyghur Muslims,” and added that the US should “wake up”, or the country will be “living in a very different world than the one we’re used to. And it will go quickly.”
